The said establishment will have a big impact on the real estate business especially to Batangas Real Estate Brokerage Corporation since its target market are foreigners, especially retirees that will be encouraged to invest in the Philippines. BREB Corporation’s partners/subdivision developers will most likely benefit from this venture.

The Hotel along with its European Cuisine/Restaurant should be operational within the next few months, for which we will be applying for Heritage Status. This, coupled with our website should ensure a continuous stream of overseas nationals desirous of purchasing properties in the Philippines.
